Project XYZ 2

We design and manufacture cylindrical helical spirals in round wire.
We use materials compliant with UNI EN 10270-1 and UNI EN 10270-3 standards.
The spirals are wound and calibrated with burr-free ends. Special treatments are also available upon customer request.
We design and manufacture shaped wires in round wire, with diameters starting from 0.10 mm.
We use not only specific materials compliant with UNI EN 10270-1, UNI EN 10270-2, and UNI EN 10270-3 standards, but also special materials with specific mechanical characteristics and high-performance alloys.
We manufacture profiles and shapes according to customer drawings and specifications, undergoing heat stabilization treatments, surface protection treatments, passivation, and other specific treatments requested.

Technical definition

Spiral springs belong to the family of compression springs, but they are not used for the same purpose, but rather as a rotational advancement system. Shaped wires are, by definition, wires bent according to the customer’s needs and designs: the wire bent in this way fulfills the functions required in various industrial sectors.
